Hostel Linked to UnitedHealthCare CEO Murder Suspect Overwhelmed with Reviews, Some Labeling Guests as ‘Narcs’ for Cooperating

The hostel where the suspect wanted in UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson’s murder stayed has been inundated with reviews — with some calling workers there “narcs” for cooperating with police.

“Snitches get…one star reviews. Since snitches aren’t covered by my health insurance anymore,” one peeved critic wrote on the HI New York City Hostel’s Google page.

The Upper West Side boarding house began receiving a barrage of negative responses after police released photos Thursday of the unmasked suspect, seen smiling while apparently “flirting” with a receptionist at the front desk, according to sources.

Sources said the suspect removed his face mask and flashed a wide smile when the receptionist asked to see his face.

He booked a room with a fake ID from New Jersey and paid in cash, according to sources, before chillingly executing Thompson outside the Hilton hotel in Midtown.

One user praised the rooming house for accepting a phony ID — while giving it five stars.

“RIP ceo of insurance company. This hotel has KILLER service! Fake Ids accepted!” the person quipped.

“Great location next to Healthcare conferences!”

In another scathing one-star review, a Google poster accused the staff of snitching on the suspected killer.

“Terrible, staff are narcs, no solidarity with their fellow humans struggling to free themselves from an oppressive yoke,” they wrote.

Hostel reps said they are “fully cooperating” with police as the manhunt continues.

“We are fully cooperating with the EJD and, as this is an active investigation, cannot comment at this time,” Danielle Brumfitt, vice president of Hostelling International USA, told The Post Thursday.

By Friday, the hostel had posted a flyer notifying guests it was working with police.

“You may have noticed the presence of law enforcement and media in the area. Local authorities are currently investigating an incident that occurred several miles from this property in midtown Manhattan on December 4, 2024,” states the notice, adding that “our team is cooperating with the authorities who are handling the matter.”
